WOMBAT is produced by Aero Innovation, founded by Captain Jean LaRoche, and has many long-term and loyal clients including airlines, flying schools, universities, military/air forces, research and medical organisations. It is relatively culture-free and domain-free, and assesses a candidate’s performance in complex dynamic real world tasks requiring high levels of Situational Awareness.
